Does Anyone Know Any Reason Why My Employer Does Not Want To Set Up A Cafetiria Plan For My Health Insurance?

payments. There are just 2 employees. Does it cost anything for the employee to set it up? Is there additional filing required with the irs? My employer does his own payroll using quickbooks pro. Any help would be appreciated
